Trezevant Realty Corporation’s founder, John H. Trezevant is the organization’s President. The company specializes in commercial real estate development, asset management, consulting, sales and leasing disciplines, related to its retail, office, residential, or other commercial ventures. Has been engaged in commercial real estate for over 40 years. He is active as a developer, construction manager, leasing and sales broker, asset manager and consultant for third party interests, venture partners and in-house projects, with primary focus on retail, office, commercial, and residential. Prior to founding Trezevant Realty Corporation (TRC) in 1992, Mr. Trezevant co-founded Trezevant Properties, developers of office and retail products. Trezevant was employed by the California Real Estate Firm of Earnest W. Hahn, Inc. where he was a manager and leasing agent in the firm’s super regional shopping malls, in both Salt Lake City, Utah and Thousand Oaks, California. He changed firms and moved to Menlow Park, California as Director of Real Estate for Cypress Properties, Inc., an office and retail developer.

Mr. Trezevant’s portfolio of projects in this region include many of the finest, most respected and coveted commercial developments in their respective trade areas, including Thousand Oaks Business Centre (500,000 sf office) Memphis, Tennessee; The Market of Wolfcreek (700,000 sf retail) Bartlett, Tennessee; Collierville Marketplace (250,000 sf retail) Collierville, Tennessee; Oxford Marketplace (350,000 sf retail) Oxford, Mississippi; Oxford Galleria (180,000 sf retail) Oxford, Mississippi; Cordova Town Center (200,000 sf retail) Cordova, Tennessee; Houston Levee Galleria (280,000 sf retail/office) Collierville, Tennessee; Oxford Galleria II (210,000 sf retail) Oxford, Mississippi; and assorted residential developments in Germantown, Tennessee and Collierville, Tennessee. 

Mr. Trezevant is a member of Urban Land Institute, International Council Shopping Centers and Lambda Alpha. He received the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from International Council of Shopping Centers in 1978. He is licensed to practice real estate in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

Tom Marsh

Received BBA in Marketing with a minor in Real Estate/Finance. Since joining Trezevant Realty Corporation in 1993, he has focused primarily on tenant representation and site evaluations and specific project enhancement and development.

Mr. Marsh’s portfolio of developed projects in this region include: The Market of Wolfcreek Bartlett, Tennessee; Collierville Marketplace Collierville, Tennessee; Oxford Marketplace Oxford, Mississippi; Oxford Galleria Oxford, Mississippi; and Houston Levee Galleria Collierville, Tennessee.

Mr. Marsh also specializes in third party tenant representation for national retailers such as Lowe’s, Arby’s, Walgreens, and Steak and Shake.

Jennifer Carver

Property Manager, Affiliate Broker

Received a BBA in Marketing Management from the University of Memphis. She has been employed since 2003. Her management responsibilities include the day to day onsite operations and tenant relations for all properties, contractor and vender coordination, space plan coordination, and the off-site management duties of rental collections, CAM and Tax reconciliations, and budgeting for operating expenses. Prior to Property Management, Jennifer Carver was the Leasing and Marketing Coordinator, responsible for all lease documentation and updating and maintaining marketing information and administrative assistant to the company President. She is involved in selling and leasing of commercial office and retail space and has been since 2016.

Lori Leigh Purser

Mrs. Purser has been employed with Trezevant Realty Corporation since July 1998. She is responsible for the management of all accounting related to property management, construction, leasing and administration. In addition, she also handles the administrative staffing, computer systems and software.

Taylor H. Trezevant

Received BBA with a major in Real Estate and emphasis in both Business Finance and Business Management from the University of Mississippi in May of 2006. Taylor joined Trezevant Realty Corporation in May of 2006 and began his career in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. Since then Taylor has been involved in selling/leasing of retail space along with representation of business owners in the buying/selling of commercial property.

Received a BPS in Paralegal Studies from the University of Mississippi.  She has been employed with Trezevant Realty since 2015.  Her property management responsibilities include the day-to-day onsite operations and tenant relations for all Oxford properties, contractor and vendor coordination and space plan coordination.  In addition to property management, Jennifer is the leasing agent and marketing coordinator for all Oxford properties.  She is involved in selling and leasing of commercial office and retail space, as well as with the representation of business owners in the buying/selling of commercial property.

Received a B.B.A. in General Business from the University of Mississippi in May of 2021. Fletcher joined Trezevant Realty Corporation in the Fall of 2019 as an Associate Intern helping with day to day property management and brokerage activities. Upon his graduation Fletcher joined Trezevant Realty Corporation full time as an Assistant Property Manager in Oxford. Shortly after taking a full time position with Trezevant Realty Corporation Fletcher earned his Affiliate Broker’s license and is currently assisting with leasing efforts, tenant-representation, marketing, and representation of business owners in buying and selling commercial property.
